Hey y'all!! I'm Erika Osborne-Russ & I have been a Realtor since 2016. I became a Broker In Charge in 2018, & decided to open up Carolinas Home Sales in January 2020. It was the best decision I could have ever made. I absolutely love my job. I love working with buyers & sellers, investors & renters. I focus mostly on residential sales but I also have extensive experience in commercial, land sales, short sales, HUD homes, flips, new construction, & rentals. No real estate transaction is too big or too small for me! I have a little girl, & she's my world. I love working with families, & I welcome children, parents, grandparents, friends etc to showings & meetings! I work mostly off of referrals, so please send all of your loved ones my way!
